Remember the expression "I've forgotten more than he
knows". shame on you for allowing too much time to pass in
between classes. We must, as professionals stay abreast of trends
and the cutting edge in new techniques. Refresher courses are
important to remind us of the basics.
How many of you have taken
the time to qualify for the N.C.E. / M.E.M. Designation ?
Several of you are qualified and deserve this recognition. Why
not take the time to fill out the forms. Participation is a form
of education. Lets all get together and share ideas on what works
and what services that we can provide to help us earn
larger fees.

you perspective in structuring transactions. I can review
the basics and help you get back on tract to start earning the fees you
deserve as a professional in the real estate field. I have
courses approved by Who's Who in Creative Real Estate and N.C.E. for
advanced credit. Half day and full day educational sessions on a
variety of topics are available anywhere in the USA. Some classs
can be approved for college credit or DRE credits.
